As of this week, Speakeasy Solutions’ Training Workbook for Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 11 is printing. We have spent the last 10 years developing our training program for using Dragon NaturallySpeaking, specifically with legal and medical practitioners in mind. We appreciate the feedback we’ve had from our clients in continuing to improve this valued resource guide. Thank you very much. As always, we look forward to further feedback.

The Training Workbook hovers at around 270 pages, providing tips, tricks, command sheets, top commands, the most efficient means to perform certain tasks with Dragon and more. The guide is written by users for users, geared towards the practical and realistic use of Dragon for productivity purposes.

The Training Workbook is intended to accompany training from Speakeasy Solutions, and is available to those who obtain a complete speech recognition solution package or those who take Initial Training from Speakeasy Solutions.

Here are some of the highlights and a review of Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 11.  As always, there is what is the software manufacturer says, and then there is what a hard core user experiences.

I’ve been using Dragon since the version 2 days and every version does have its various improvements.  I am also a Value Added Reseller, whose mission statement is to provide clients with personal, professional, and honest service.  My existing clients know this quite well given the SeS Dragon NaturallySpeaking Training Workbook that I re-write with every version — from an actual user perspective and not “what should be”.

Do not misunderstand, I am passionate about Dragon, but I treat speech recognition like any other business tool — it must help me get more accomplished and faster.  Dragon, for a long time, has achieved this for me, and I truly enjoy sharing this knowledge with others.  Does version 11 fit the bill?  There are definitely some great advancements worth noting…
