Request replacement software, firmware, updates, and lost license codes.

Replacement Software, Firmware & Updates

If you have lost, misplaced or damaged your original installation DVDs, or desire the latest point release of software or firmware for a specific product, we will provide this to you where possible.

This replacement software does not include the necessary license or installation codes. You will require these serial numbers from the purchased product in order to use the software.

Lost License & Installation Codes

Software is easy to replace, however the real value of your purchase is the license code.

Dragon Medical Practice Edition & Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Dragon license numbers are found on the back of the media sleeves.  If you have lost these you may try contacting Nuance or need to purchase a new license.  If you purchased Dragon from Speakeasy Solutions Inc. after 2008, we will have your license number recorded as a courtesy and for just such an occasion as this.

Olympus

Olympus product license numbers are found on a square coloured sheet within the media sleeve.  If you have lost these you will need to purchase a new license.  If you purchased your Olympus products from Speakeasy Solutions Inc. after 2011 as part of a complete digital dictation solution package, we will have your license number recorded as a courtesy and for just such an occasion as this.

Philips

Philips product license numbers can be found alongside the media.  In some cases, these license numbers have been recorded.  If you purchased your Philips products from Speakeasy Solutions Inc. after 2011 as part of a complete digital dictation solution package, we will have your license number recorded as a courtesy and for just such an occasion as this.

Regional Service

Due to legal contracts signed with various manufacturers, and also to ensure the warranty and integrity of products provided, Speakeasy Solutions Inc. is restricted to providing products & services to clients within Canada ONLY.

If you reside outside of Canada, please visit the manufacturer's website of the products you are interested in (i.e. Nuance, Philips, Olympus & Sennheiser), and they will be able to assist you find a solution provider in your country.

TIP:  If you are concerned with possessing a valid warranty for your products, always purchase from an authorized seller in your country of residence.  Purchasing products outside of your country nullifies the warranty of many products.
