Updated the Microphone product page with new Sennheiser headsets. Updated the Telephony page with the Sennheiser UI telephony solution. Updated the Digital Voice Dictation page with the new Olympus conference microphone kit.

October 27, 2004:
Updated the Dragon NaturallySpeaking page, regarding the newly announced Version 8. Find out What's New.
Updated the SeS Client Only Area's Speech Packs with macros for Dragon NaturallySpeaking Version 8.
Updated the SeS Client Only Area's Vocabulary with a true starting vocabulary with Canadian spellings for Dragon NaturallySpeaking Version 8 Professional.
Added a new service, Speech-recognition Maintenance Packages, giving our speech-recognition peace and mind that their Dragon NaturallySpeaking profile is kept in top condition.
July 28, 2004:
Added a new product, the SeS Doc Finder, which enables MOAs and transcriptionists to quickly find addresses for copying and pasting in three difference formats (main address, cc address line and second cc address line).
Added a new product page, SeS Gadgets, which encompasses miscellaneous items our clients have been requesting. Of particular interest to some individuals may be the SeS Call Recorder which allows you to record telephone calls with a digital recorder.
Added the SeS Call Recorder Instructions to the Client Only Area's Tips & Tricks page.
July 10, 2004:
Updated the Digital Recorder & Transcription page with a sneak peak at the Olympus DS4000 including a QuickTime video presentation. More information to follow soon.
April 22, 2004:
Updated the SeS Essentials macros for improved productivity in the SeS Speech Packs page in the Client Only Area. This speech pack is updated with enabling users to expand all items under a list as well as switching between windows of the same program.
April 19, 2004:
Added new macros for Office 2003 users to the SeS Speech Packs page in the Client Only Area. This speech pack enables users of Office 2003 to open the Office programs with a two word command (instead of five words), provides workaroud commands for Dragon's deficiencies and additional useful commands such as applying sub and superscripts, working with junk e-mail and the calendar.
April 7, 2004:
Added a document entitled "Taking Windows Screen Caps" to the SeS Tips & Tricks page in the Client Only Area which will walk our clients through the process of taking Windows screen captures and sending them to us via e-mail for troubleshooting purposes.
Added a zipped folder of additional general training texts for users of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 7 to the SeS Tips & Tricks page in the Client Only Area. If you are tired of reading 2001: A Space Odyssey and Success is a Journey, you may find these additional training texts useful.
March 31, 2004:
Added a document entitled "Plantronics MX-10 Phone Switch – Real World Examples" to the SeS Tips & Tricks page in the Client Only Area concerning the various settings of the MX-10 Plantronics phone switch.

Added the SeS Newsletter 10 to the Newsletter page, announcing Dragon NaturallySpeaking 7.2 and the Philips digital dictation line.
June 23, 2003:
The entire site has been revamped. Please have a look around. There are many new sections and areas to explore.
The Client Only area has been updated with new versions of the SeS Speech Packs. One such macro enables Word XP users to apply superscripts and subscripts to text by voice.
