General Info

Speakeasy Solutions Inc. offers multiple support methods:
  • telephone
  • e-mail
  • fax
  • remote
  • on-site
Product only purchases do not include any technical support or setup services. Support and setup services can be purchased at current rates for such from Speakeasy Solutions Inc. any time after you receive the products.

Support does not include previously installed software and hardware or software installed after the solution is installed (we will endeavour to do our best to assist, however).

Speech Recognition Support services include troubleshooting speech recognition software as well as related hardware (microphones, digital voice recorders, and telephony).

When Speakeasy Solutions Inc. provides a Speech Recognition Package (Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional/Medical/Medical SPE/Legal, microphone, installation and initial training), you will receive up to two hours of Dragon NaturallySpeaking support and troubleshooting (fax, e-mail, phone and remote) within the same version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking purchased. On-site support, support beyond 2 hours, and support for other versions are billed out at current rates for such.

Digital Voice Dictation Support services include troubleshooting digital dictation software, and related hardware (digital voice recorders and transcription kits).

Support services also include voice dictation file transfer methods and any challenges arising from their setup. When Speakeasy Solutions Inc. provides installation and setup for a digital voice dictation solution, you will receive free telephone technical support for 30 days after the setup.
