Providing Canada Wide Remote Services

Introduction

Speakeasy Solutions Inc. has been providing remote services to clients across Canada since 2000.  Regardless of where you are located (you may be a physician in Prince George, BC or a lawyer in St. John's, NL), provided you have a high speed Internet connection (preferably wired and not wireless), Speakeasy Solutions is able to deliver the following services:

  • Demonstration of Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Medical Practice Edition speech recognition
  • Demonstration of Olympus or Philips digital dictation solutions
  • Installation and optimization of Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Medical Practice Edition software and microphones
  • Installation and configuration of Olympus or Philips digital dictation solutions
  • Training and customization of Dragon Professional Individual or Dragon Medical Practice Edition
  • Support for Dragon NaturallySpeaking or Dragon Medical Practice Edition
  • Support for Olympus or Philips digital dictation solutions

Speakeasy Solutions uses TeamViewer  for remote sessions. If your organization's network restricts TeamViewer, please contact your IT to set up a Cisco WebEx session for the service appointments.

How to Obtain Remote Services

Demonstrations

Please contact us and indicate whether you wish a demonstration for Dragon speech recognition or digital voice dictation (Olympus or Philips).

New Solution of Product With Service

If your purchase from Speakeasy Solutions includes services, the appointments will be booked once your solution is confirmed.

If your appointments are still outstanding, please contact us.

Existing or New Client With Service Requirements

If you wish services for products already purchased, please telephone (604-264-9109 or 1-888-964-9109):

  • Alexandria for Dragon speech recognition related services (ext. 102), or
  • Dean for digital voice dictation related services (ext. 103).

Once your specific service needs are determined by either Alexandria or Dean, we will arrange your appointment.

If you are a new client, payment for services are required prior to the appointment.

Email Appointment Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment, plus additional information relating to your appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule any appointments, please telephone Heather (604-264-9109 or 1-888-964-9109 ext. 101).

Instructions for Remote Service Applications

Support

Download the Speakeasy Solutions Support (TeamViewer) application to your desktop (or your browser's default download location).

At the appointed time, Speakeasy Solutions will ask you to run this application (click the application to run).  Click Run.

Relay Your ID numbers to Speakeasy Solutions to grant access to your computer.

If you are prompted with the dialog box below, click Show screen to grant access to Speakeasy Solutions.

You may click Cancel any time to end the session.

Demonstration

Download the Speakeasy Solutions Demonstration (TeamViewer) application to your desktop (or your browser's default download location).

Enter the relayed ID (letters and numbers) into the Meeting ID field to access Speakeasy Solutions' demonstration.
