For your convenience, Speakeasy Solutions Inc. provides you with a choice of two maintenance plans.

Digital Voice Recorder Replacement Package Speakeasy Solutions Inc. offers extra insurance against accidents and scenarios rendering your digital voice recorder unusable.

Olympus DS4000 or Philips DPM9600 replacement during any repair necessary (minimizing down-time). All shipping charges related to the unit's repair will be borne by the client. The price for this plan increases if ordered 30 days after initial purchase.

Digital Dictation Complete Annual Maintenance Package Speakeasy Solutions Inc. offers the most comprehensive digital dictation package.

patch notification via e-mail (ensure we have your e-mail address),
free telephone support,
2 hours of on site support within the Vancouver area (visits outside Vancouver will incur additional charges at current rates for such),
25% discount on on-site support used over and above the 2 hours included (discount applies to hourly rates at the time of service), and
digital recorder & transcriber (not including headsets) replacement during any repair necessary (minimizing down-time).

This maintenance package includes two digital units (i.e. a recorder and transcriber, or two recorders, or two transcribers).
