If you prefer, contact us directly by telephone to arrange the appointment(s).
ON-SITE appointments are conducted at your place of business within the Greater Vancouver Area.
Travel charges may apply if your office exceeds approximately 30 minutes travel from the Cassiar Connector at Highway 1. Examples may be Abbotsford, Chilliwack, White Rock, and Maple Ridge.
REMOTE appointments are conducted across Canada via the Internet, using telephone (or Skype) and a computer desktop screen sharing application called Team Viewer or Cisco's WebEx for some of our government and hospital clients. Products are sent to you via Canada Post Xpresspost (or a courier of your choice).
Some appointments offered are REMOTE only, whereas others also offer ON-SITE.

Add the appointment to your calendar by clicking on the appropriate calendar type located within the confirmation email.
Your original confirmation email contains a link allowing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Click on the Cancel/Reschedule link and follow the instructions.
